ReDi Restaurant Reservation plugin offers various integrations via addons and it uses providers that expose API. We have integration with following providers:

• Ultramsg

• Twilio

Please use separated phone numbers for WhatsApp messages, as there is always a risk of blocking phone number by provider, not to risk with main business phone number.

Custom Fields

You can let your clients decide where they want to tall do they allow or not to contact them via Whatsapp. Without custom field it is allowed by default. In order to ask clients permission, custom field “Allow whatsapp” have to be added. See more information about custom fields here: Custom fields

Messages for Whatsapp can be configured in Message Templates
