Generic Settings
Locale
Select the preferred locale to change the language of the dashboard, as well as the date and time format.
Reservation List Settings
Dashboard Version
Single day view: Displays reservations for a selected day.
Multiple day view: Displays reservations spanning multiple days.
Show phone number
Enables displaying guest phone numbers in the reservation list.
Show email in the list
Enables displaying guest email addresses in the reservation list.
Show reservation number
Displays the unique reservation number for each entry in the list.
Show comments
Displays guest comments provided during the reservation process.
Show internal notes
Displays internal notes added by the restaurant staff for a reservation.
Show table number
Displays the table number assigned to the reservation.
Show note of the day
Displays any notes set for the specific day of the reservation.
Show verified
Indicates whether a reservation is manually verified. You can call client before the arrival and use that status to indicate that it was verified.
Show visited
Displays whether a guest has visited for the reservation.
Show reservation time
Displays the start time of the reservation.
Show reservation end time
Displays the end time of the reservation.
Allow to change tags in the list
Enables the ability to edit tags directly from the reservation list.
Show prepayment amount in the list
Displays the prepayment amount associated with each reservation.
Show support button
Displays a button to quickly access support options. Users can easily log any issues there.
Show news button
Displays a button to access the latest news or updates. Opens our news page in Facebook
New Reservation Page Settings
Default number of guests
Sets the default number of guests for new reservations.
Default start time
Sets the default start time for new reservations.
Default reservation duration
Sets the default duration (in hours or minutes) for new reservations.
Show allow overbooking
Displays an option to allow reservations that exceed available capacity.
Reservation Options
Allow edit reservations that are in the past
Permits editing reservations that have already occurred.
Reservation Tags
Reservation tags allow you to:
Assign colors to reservations for easy visual identification.
Define names for the assigned colors to represent specific tags (e.g., VIP, special request).
