With our new WhatsApp integration feature, sending reservation notifications has never been easier! Whether you run a restaurant, hotel, or any other business that requires reservations, you can now send instant updates and confirmations directly to your customers' WhatsApp accounts.

Simply connect your WhatsApp account to our reservation management system, and you're ready to go! When a customer makes a reservation, they'll receive a notification on their WhatsApp account with all the necessary details, including the time, date, and location of their reservation.

This new feature not only saves you time but also enhances your customer's experience by providing them with convenient updates and reminders. With WhatsApp being one of the most widely used messaging apps in the world, you can now reach your customers on a platform they are already familiar with and prefer to use.

As there is no direct Whatsapp API at the moment, the integration has been done via Twilio

Register Whatsapp Sender

Select a new sender, in this example I will use my phone number, but there is an option to purchase a mobile number just for Whatsapp messages.

Add Instance

Once logged in into Ultramsg, add instance

Authorize Instance

Click in instance, and you will see QR code. Scan this QR code from the smartphone where whatsapp is installed and that will be used to send messages.

Send Credentials

Please send Instance ID and Token to info@reservationdiary.eu together with ReDi plugin API, so we can finalize the installation.

Custom Fields

You can let your clients decide where they want to tall do they allow or not to contact them via Whatsapp. Without custom field it is allowed. In order to ask clients permission, custom field “Allow whatsapp” have to be added.
