Setup Twilio account
Open Programmable SMS menu and click on Show API Credentials
Copy values Account SID and Auth Token
Click on Learn and Build and click on "Get phone number"

Setup custom field
In order to request consent from the client to send SMS messages a custom field has to be added. Please open settings and add custom field with type Allow SMS
